This Privacy Policy describes the information Cr8tive Financial Group DBA Cr8tive Business Solution's (CBS)  (“CBS,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects about you, how we use and share that information, and the privacy choices we offer. • Payment Information: If you choose to purchase one of our products or donate to Cr8tive Business Solutions , we use a third party payment processor, currently Zelle and Apple Pay and PayPal, Inc. (“Payment Processor”), to assist in securely processing your payment information. If you pay with a credit card, the payment information that you provide through the Services is encrypted and transmitted directly to the Payment Processor. We do not store your payment information and do not control and are not responsible for the Payment Processor’s collection or use of your information. • Information from Third-Parties: In order to fulfill your requests for Services, we may collect, on your behalf, personal information from third parties that serve you via the Services. With your consent and approval, we may collect information about you from credit bureaus (including data from your credit reports), publicly available sources, and other third parties, such as Chex Systems, Inc., which may provide us with information about your use of deposit accounts. With your consent and approval, we may also collect application loan terms and ongoing loan performance data, including personal information, about you from third-party providers. Such data may include, for example, reporting on loan repayment status.

• Content and information that you submit when using the Services: We may collect any content that you submit when you contact us, interact or reply to any emails that we may send. This may include your name, email address, and phone number, and any other information submitted.

• Technical and Navigational Information: We use various technologies to collect information, and this may include setting cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files that are stored on your hard drive or in device memory by a website. For example, we use Calendly.com for scheduling meetings. Any information collected and used for the purpose of scheduling a meeting with us will be shared with Calendly and subject to their privacy policy. GoHighlevel,  itself does not collect personal information but allows us to efficiently manage and store the personal information we collect. • As Required by Law or to Protect Our Rights and Interests or for the Protection of Others: We may disclose personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as to respond to a subpoena or similar legal process, to protect against misuse of our Site or Services, and to protect or enforce our rights and interests or to protect the rights, property, or safety of other users of our Site, Services or the public.

• Business Transfers: We may transfer or share a copy of personal information about you in the event of a business reorganization or transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or the sale of all or a portion of Cr8tive Business Solutions' assets.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We do not disclose any information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

8. International Users

The Site is intended for use in and by individuals located in the United States. Personal information collected from you, including via the Site, will be transferred to Cr8tive Business Solutions' in the United States where this Site is hosted, and may also be stored in Cr8tive Business Solutions' data centers located outside of the United States.
